14-Slot Book-Sharing Lockers
  • Introduction
  • Function
  • Parameter

The book-sharing lockers offer 24/7 book borrowing, returning, and browsing services, utilizing UHF RFID technology for rapid, bulk identification of RFID tags. This simplifies the borrowing and returning process, making operation easy; returned books are automatically put back on the shelves, eliminating the need for staff. The system extends book lending to schools, communities, streets, stations, and other convenient locations for readers, providing better service.

By combining technology and reading, it breaks down the limitations of time and space, creating a cultural city where books are everywhere, and everyone can read anytime, anywhere.

Fully automated self-service

Readers can complete the entire process of searching, borrowing, returning, and renewing books via terminals, with voice guidance throughout, requiring no human intervention.

Automatic anomaly handling

In case of book recognition errors, storage space malfunctions, or reader mistakes during the borrowing/returning process, the system automatically triggers voice guidance, provides reminders, and resolves the issue, reducing manual intervention.

Multiple flexible return modes

Supports three core return modes to adapt to different user habits and equipment maintenance needs: Return to the original storage space, allowing users to return books to the corresponding storage space for convenient operation and easy future retrieval; Automatic allocation, where the system intelligently identifies storage space availability and automatically allocates books to areas with fewer storage spaces for balanced utilization; and Selective storage space return, allowing users to choose available storage spaces for flexible and convenient return, further enhancing the return experience.

Intelligent Book Borrowing and Return Recording

The system automatically records the time and movement of books for each borrowing and return, facilitating troubleshooting for administrators.

Real-time Equipment Monitoring

Supports comprehensive equipment monitoring. The backend can view the book storage status of each shelf and compartment in real time, accurately tracking the library's collection. It also clearly displays the online and offline status of equipment in each area, promptly alerting administrators to abnormal offline devices for quick troubleshooting and efficient maintenance, ensuring stable equipment operation.

Data Statistics and Rankings

The system automatically compiles book borrowing data and generates a real-time ranking of popular books, clearly displaying the most borrowed books. This helps readers quickly discover high-quality reading materials and provides data references for book procurement and storage adjustments, further improving the adaptability of reading services.

Multiple Intelligent Anti-theft Protection

Equipped with remote monitoring cameras, each book borrowing operation is automatically recorded and uploaded in real time for traceability. When an abnormal number of books borrowed in a single transaction is detected (multiple borrowings), the system automatically locks the reader's account, restricting subsequent borrowing operations, effectively preventing book theft and misappropriation, and comprehensively protecting the security of library assets.

Batch Operation Support

The backend supports administrators in batch importing book ISBN lists and personnel/department lists, reducing workload during registration; on the bookshelf side, administrators only need to access the shelving interface, select shelves, open doors, and batch place books to complete the shelving process.

Multimodal Biometric + Document Authentication System

Supports facial recognition (liveness detection) with a face recognition speed ≤0.3s, and card/QR code recognition speed ≤0.1s. Supports simultaneous authentication by multiple users, with no lag during peak hours.

End-to-End Remote Intelligent Operation and Maintenance

Supports remote scheduled power on/off and intelligent scheduled sterilization via mobile app; remote restart, remote firmware upgrade, and remote customer service fault diagnosis from the backend, reducing on-site maintenance.

Advertising Support

The device supports image and video advertising formats, and can flexibly embed various advertising content such as public service announcements, cultural promotions, and brand collaborations to adapt to different promotional needs. Ad playback duration and loop frequency can be set as needed, and remote updates of advertising materials are supported simultaneously, eliminating the need for on-site operation. It balances the dual value of reading service and promotional traffic generation, adapting to multi-scenario operational needs.

Multi-mode operation support

Compatible with various commonly used operation modes, flexibly adapting to different scenario needs: Supports annual membership fees, providing exclusive benefits for long-term readers and ensuring stable operating revenue; supports free access, contributing to the popularization of public reading and improving the coverage of public cultural services; meets the diverse needs of different user groups and operating scenarios.

Points redemption mode

Equipped with a comprehensive points system, users can accumulate points through various methods such as daily book borrowing, participating in platform reading activities, and completing reading tasks. Points can be queried in real time and are valid indefinitely; an optional gift cabinet is available, allowing users to redeem various gifts with accumulated points. The process is simple and convenient, stimulating user enthusiasm for reading, increasing user stickiness, and enriching the operating model.

Rapid deployment capability

Supports wired, wireless, and 4G (optional) network access; ready to use upon power-on, deployment time ≤ 2 hours, no complex construction required.

Full-scene environment adaptation

Adaptable to all types of scenarios such as schools, communities, streets, stations, airports, office buildings, and hospitals.
